How do I book?
You can book via LINE or our online booking form. Walk-ins are not accepted; advance booking is required.
Is there parking?
We do not have dedicated parking. Please use nearby coin parking. The clinic is a 3-minute walk from Omotesando Station, so public transport is most convenient.
Is it suitable for first-timers?
Absolutely. Your first visit will include a thorough consultation and scalp diagnostic, so you can relax and feel confident.
When can I cancel or reschedule?
Please notify us via LINE or phone by 6:00 PM on the day before your appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments.
How long do treatments take?
Treatment time varies by service, typically 30–90 minutes. For first visits, please allow 1.5–2 hours including consultation.
