Beautiful Zen MedSpa Clinic opened in Omotesando in October 2025, founded on the concept of "Mindfulness Beauty, rooted in medicine."
Unlike typical headspa salons or AGA clinics, we offer an integrative approach that combines IV therapy with 90-minute Medical Headspa sessions. By nourishing the body from within while restoring scalp health from the outside, this dual-sided care delivers results that isolated treatments cannot achieve.
We don't just prescribe medication — we focus on building the foundation for healthy hair growth. By harmonizing the autonomic nervous system, improving circulation, and delivering essential nutrients throughout the body, we practice what we believe to be the true essence of medical beauty care.

Why Integration?

Our Medical Foundation
Beautiful Zen MedSpa Clinic is a licensed medical facility practicing internal medicine and aesthetic dermatology. All treatments are administered under physician supervision, and a doctor's consultation is required for IV prescriptions, AGA medication, and mesotherapy.
During your initial visit, we conduct a medical intake and Scalp Analysis (blood flow scope, scalp scope, thermography) to visualize your current condition. This allows you to witness your own progress and stay motivated throughout your care journey.
For our Custom Medical Headspa, we select from three IV plans (combining Vitamin C, Glutathione, and L-Carnitine) based on your body's needs — chosen by our physician and staff, not by the client. This is Beautiful Zen's definition of customization: professional assessment, not guesswork.
