LINE Video Consultation
At your appointment time, connect via LINE video call for a 10–15 minute consultation. Our doctor will assess your scalp, skin, and discuss your concerns.
Prescription or In-Clinic Booking
Based on the consultation, we'll propose prescription delivery or recommend in-clinic treatment. Consultation fee is credited toward your initial visit fee.
Online Consultation Fee
The fee is credited toward your initial consultation fee (¥2,000) if you visit in person.
In other words, it's essentially free for those who come to the clinic.
