Add our official LINE account as a friend and send a message saying "Online Consultation Request." Let us know your preferred date and time.

Complete Online Questionnaire

After your booking is confirmed, we'll send you a Google Form. Please fill in your health status, concerns, and medical history.

Video Call Consultation

At your scheduled time, join the online video call for a 10–15 minute consultation with our doctor. We'll assess your scalp/skin condition and discuss your concerns.

Prescription & In-Clinic Booking

Based on the consultation results, we'll propose prescription medication delivery or in-clinic treatments. If you visit the clinic, the consultation fee will be credited toward your initial consultation fee.

Can I get a prescription through online consultation only?
Yes. For AGA treatment medications and beauty oral supplements, prescriptions can be issued through online consultation alone. Medications will be shipped to your home. However, treatments such as IV therapy and Mesotherapy require an in-clinic visit.
Which app is used for the video call?
The consultation is conducted via online video call. After booking, we'll send you instructions on how to join via our official LINE account. No special preparation is needed.
If I visit the clinic after the online consultation, will there be an additional initial consultation fee?
No. The online consultation fee (¥2,000) will be credited directly toward your initial consultation fee, so there are no additional charges when you visit.
Can I book without an appointment?
Advance booking via LINE is required. Please let us know your preferred date and time via LINE. Same-day bookings may be available depending on availability.
Is there a shipping fee for prescription medications?
