After your booking is confirmed, we'll send a Google Form. Please fill in your health status, concerns, and medical history.

At your scheduled time, connect via LINE video call for a 10–15 minute consultation. The doctor will assess your scalp, skin, and concerns.

Prescription & Visit Booking

Based on the consultation, we'll offer prescription delivery or recommend an in-person treatment. The consultation fee is credited toward your first visit fee.

Can I get a prescription through online consultation only?
Yes. For AGA treatment medications and beauty supplements, prescriptions can be issued via online consultation alone. Prescriptions will be delivered to your home. However, treatments such as IV therapy or mesotherapy require an in-person visit.
Which app is used for video calls?
We use LINE video call. No special app installation is required. Simply add our official LINE account and you're ready.
If I visit after an online consultation, is there an additional initial consultation fee?
No. The online consultation fee (¥2,000) is credited directly toward the initial consultation fee, so there is no additional charge when you visit.
Can I book without a reservation?
Advance booking via LINE is required. Please send us your preferred date and time via LINE. Same-day bookings may also be available.
Is there a shipping fee for prescription delivery?
Yes, shipping fees apply separately. Details will be provided during your online consultation.
